Charapita Charred Carrots

This simple recipe is the perfect side to any backyard barbecue, plated fancy dinner or even a Thanksgiving Feast!

Charapita Charred Carrots

2 bunches of baby carrots with stems
2 Tbl Olive Oil
4 Tbl Charapita
~3 Tbl Pecorino Cheese, Grated
1 Tbl Fresh Dill
1 Tsp Pink Peppercorns (or chili flake)
Salt to Taste

1. Take 2 tablespoons of Charapita and mix with the 2 Tbl of Olive Oil, lightly brush carrots. 
2. Place on a medium heat (300-350) grill, season with salt.
3. Let them slowly char, check every 5 minutes, and brush with Charapita mixture.
4. When carrots reach desired firmness, remove from grill. Drizzle on remaining charapita, grate cheese, and garnish with peppercorn/chili flake and fresh dill.
5. Serve!
