Refund policy

Returns
Food items cannot be returned, but if there is any issues with your order please contact us through email at info@it-sauce.com or on instagram so we can decide how to help you. Sometimes shipping causes glass bottles to break and in that case we will be happy to issue a store credit or ship you another bottle right away.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
