Charred Citrus Vinaigrette
This charred citrus vinaigrette is an awesome fridge staple. Great for the obvious, light, summer salads, but also a great marinade for things like poultry, fish and vegetables.
-4 Tbl Honey
-2 Tbl Dijon Mustard
-2 Tbl IT SAUCE, ROCOTO
-Salt and Pepper, to Taste
-1-1.5 Cups of Avocado oil (for thickening)
- Char all citrus on a hot grill. Remove and let cool.
- Squeeze all juice from citrus into a blender or food processor.
- Add Honey, Mustard and ROCOTO to the food processor.
-While the blender is running, *slowly* drizzle in oil until desired thickness.
- Taste and season with Salt and Pepper.
