Food & Wine Classic Bloody Mary

We've served these Bloody Mary's for the morning tastings the last two years at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, and consistently get rave reviews! We figured we wouldn't keep the recipe a secret any longer!


INGREDIENTS: Makes One Pint Size Bloody Mary.
- 1-2 Shots of Vodka, we teamed up with Altamura Distilleries, but any will do.
- 2 Oz of IT SAUCE Criolla
- 2 Oz Pickle Juice from IT SAUCE Serrano Pickled Cucumbers
- Ice to fill Pint Glass
- Top with Tomato Juice and Lots of Cracked Black Pepper
(Or substitute your favorite Bloody Mary mix for Tomato Juice).
Garnish with IT SAUCE Pickles and Pickled Red Onions. Serve the Wisconsin way with a beer chaser for a complete and perfect bloody!
