Fresh Strawberry and Poke Tuna Salad
This super simple, and incredibly fresh, strawberry salad features raw tuna for the perfect balance between spicy, sweet, tangy and fresh.

- 1 Cup thinly sliced, fresh strawberries
- 1 Cup of diced, sashimi grade Ahi Tuna
- 1/4 Cup thinly sliced Cucumbers
- 1/4 Cup thinly sliced Scallions
- 3 Tbl IT SAUCE, ROCOTO
- 2 Tbl Tamari (or soy sauce)
- 1-2 Tbl Olive Oil
- Cashews to taste for crunch
- Salt and Pepper to taste (not much needed)
