Ham Rillettes & Deviled Egg Silk

Easter Leftovers, but make it chic! 

By now we are all sick of ham sandwiches and it's time to switch it up a little. You should have almost all of the ingredients to make these two delicious dips: Ham Rillettes and Deviled Egg Silk.



Ham Rillets Ingredients:

2 Cups of Ham

1 Cup Creme Friache

2 Tbl Mayo

1 Tbl Fresh Dill

1 Tbl Dijon Mustard

2 Tbl Criolla 

1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar

Pepper - heavily seasoned

1 tsp Olive Oil

Steps:

1. Put all ingredients in a food processor, blend until combined.

2. Enjoy!


Deviled Egg Silk Ingredients:

8 Hard Boiled Eggs

3 Tbl Criolla

3/4 Cup Mayo

2 Tbl Yellow Mustard

2 Tbl Dijon Mustard

1 Tbl Horseradish

Salt & Pepper to Taste

Steps:

1. Put Eggs, Mayo and Criolla in Food Processor, blend until smooth.

2. Add mustards, horseradish and salt/pepper, blending until smooth

3. Enjoy!
