IT SAUCE BABY BACK RIBS AND RUB!
Bring a new level of smoky-sweet heat to your favorite baby back ribs! The recipe is easy!
3 Baby Back Ribs Racks
1 Cup Yellow Mustard
1/2 Cup Cumin
1/4 Cup Coriander
2Tbl Garlic Powder
2Tbl Onion Powder
1/4 Cup Smoked Paprika
1/2 Cup Salt
1 Cup it Sauce (1/2 and 1/2)
1/2 Cup Beer
In a large mixing bowl, create a meat rub with the Cumin, Coriander, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Salt and Cinnamon. (keep on hand for a handy go-to meat rub!)
Rub all racks, on both sides with yellow mustard.
VERY generously, rub all racks, on all sides with the meat rub you made above.
Place Ribs on smoker (we use Traeger Grills) at 180 degrees for 3 hours.
Combine 1/2 Cup Beer and 1/2 Cup it Sauce. Baste ribs every hour.
After 3 hours have gone increase grill to 250, cook until internal temperature reaches 205 degrees, or bones easily pull away from the meat. (roughly 3 additional hours).
Finish by basting ribs with remaining 1/2 Cup it Sauce.
