IT SAUCE BEER CHEESE DIP
Spice up boring queso with this smoky-sweet, loaded beer cheese dip!
1 Finely Diced Yellow Onion
2 Finely Diced Poblano Peppers
2 Diced Jalapenos (optional)
1 Cup Diced Tomatoes
2 Cups Goat Cheese
2 Cups Shaved Sharp Cheddar
1/4 Cup it Sauce
1 (Domestic) Beer
In a heavy bottom sauce pot, heat beer at medium-low heat.
Slowly add cheeses, stir until creamy.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Simmer for about 10 minutes to heat through.
Serve warm and garnish with any leftover toppings! (If you have a small crock-pot, perfect!)
