LEVELED UP EGG SALAD RECIPE

- 12 HARD BOILED EGGS
-1 1/2 CUPS DICED CELERY
-1 CUP THINLY SLICED GREEN ONION
-1/4 CUP FINELY DICED JALAPENO
-1 CUP DUKES MAYO
-1/4 CUP WHOLE GRAIN MUSTARD
-3 TSP HOT HORSERADISH
-1/4 CUP IT SAUCE, CRIOLLA-HONEY
-1/4 DICED CHIVES
-1 TBL CHOPPED, FRESH DILL
-2 TBL YELLOW MUSTARD
-SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

1. DICE HARD BOILED EGGS AND PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS.
2. MIX EGGS, CELERY, GREEN ONION, JALAPENO, CHIVES AND DILL IN A LARGE BOWL.
3. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
4. ADD ALL WET INGREDIENTS TO MIXTURE.
5. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER, AGAIN.
WE LIKE TO SERVE IT AS EGG SALAD SANDWICHES/WRAPS, ON TOAST, OR OVER GREENS.
APPETIZER OPTION: PEEL LEAVES OFF OF ENDIVE AND SERVE WITH A SPOON OF EGG SALAD ON TOP.
