Roasted Honey-Soy Salsa

If you're looking for a good way to use up some tomatoes from your garden, we have a winner. This Honey-Soy Salsa with roasted corn, fresh tomatoes is a little sweet, little spicy, and boasts max flavor! Start chopping veggies for this perfect party dish.



INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Ears of Grille Corn, removed from cobb
- 1 white onion, diced
- 2 jalapeños, finely diced
- 4 Heirloom tomatoes, diced
- Zest and Juice of 3 limes
- 3 Tbl Honey Soy Glaze
- 1 bunch Cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Coriander
- Salt and Pepper, to taste.

STEPS:
Mix everything together in a large bowl, taste and adjust salt/pepper as needed. Enjoy!
