Spicy Beer Battered Cod
Share
Golden, airy, and perfectly crisp, our Spicy Beer Battered Cod brings a bold twist to a classic fish fry. Fresh cod is dipped in a light beer batter made with IT SAUCE, giving the coating a subtle heat and deep flavor while keeping the texture delicate and crunchy.
The beer creates a bubbly, airy crust that fries up beautifully golden, while the IT SAUCE adds just the right amount of spice to warm every bite. Served hot and crispy, it’s an easy weeknight dinner that feels like something straight from your favorite coastal pub.
